Our son is a student at MTU, so we are in the area numerous times a year. We have stayed at various other properties (both Airbnb’s and other hotels), but Independence Stay has become our go-to spot. The property is always immaculately clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable, with just enough kitchen supplies...

Great views in the rooms that open to the deck. The available services including laundry, gym and sauna are great. 」
