「Really enjoyed our stay in Chelsea. Host made check in seamless with super clear communication. Location is great with easy access to nearby sites in lower Manhattan while enjoying distance from the frenzy of midtown etc. Primary bed in master is super comfortable, but room was chilly and a bit noisy so we actually slept in living room after first night. 「Location! Location! Location! Being in the West Village was perfect for my solo stay in NYC. It was close to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops I wanted to check out. The bed was super comfy, and the place had just what I needed. It needed a bit of cleaning though. The microwave hadn’t been used in a while with spiderwebs inside, and the fridge needs a good wipe down inside. Other than that I was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again!」

「Chris' property in the Lower East Side was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced (and we've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties). It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay....

"お部屋の清潔さ、清掃については普通でした。 しかし、接客の方は本当に素晴らしく！ ちょっとした部屋でのハプニング、 例えば、室内の温度調整の仕方がわからないことについて、 電話で問い合わせたところ すぐに部屋まできて下さって対応して下さった李。 外出での行き先のヒントなど、 様々なことに笑顔で御尽力を下さいました。 「また会いたい、泊まりたい！」とおもえるホテルでした。 スーパーマーケットが隣にあり、 大きな店舗ではないにしても、 夕食や朝食を買うのに本当に便利！ タイムズスクエアへもすぐ近くで、 しかも、心配していた夜中の騒音はまったくなく、 静かで安心に過ごすことができました。 唯一、壁に備え付けの暖房がむき出しで、 高温になるので気を付けなければならないのは不便な展でした。 水やお茶のサーバーは無いですが、 とにかく、隣のスーパーマーケットの存在で、 さほど気になりませんでした。 "
