This place is another must visit, every time you're in Sun Valley, and has been serving up great grilled food (steaks a specialty) for ever. Great, old-western, saloon atmosphere, super-fun, and happening bar, solid food, and seasoned staff.. Most definitely one of the great dining institutions in Sun Valley. Love the Pio!

Probably the most popular restaurant in Ketchum, and a must visit if you've not been. No resies, but leave your name at the front, and enjoy the crazy bar scene until your table is ready (and it could take a while). Straight up steakhouse menu with a Sun Valley twist; great spot!
