ケリチョのアパートスタイルホテル

「When we arrived they said we didn't pay, tho we did this online, we booked with breakfast but still we needed to pay, later on they added things on the bill」

「Very poor and old infrastructure and charged two to three times most other hotels in the area. TV did not work, WIFI intermittent. Breakfast poor. No bar at 8-9 in the evening, apparently not since last year!! Hotel with restaurant without a bar!!!!! Bed poor. Shower and bathroom dated from 50's and then not good. Bedroom door did not close without locking. Could go on but extremely disappointed and financially it seemed like a fraud.」

「I arrived at the hotel only to be surprised that they didn't have my reservation. That I had to pay afresh then pursue my full refund from hotel.com. kindly consider reimbursing me the full amount as I was to pay out of pocket when I arrived. Thanks.」
