「Great place」

「I booked this hotel based on its 9.0 Expedia rating, but my experience was completely unacceptable and far from what was advertised. “Self-parking” is misleading—you’re directed to park near a nearby business (Boston Pizza) and carry your luggage yourself, often to upper floors. This should be clearly disclosed. My reservation included breakfast, yet I was denied it multiple times and told to pay extra. This is either poor coordination or misrepresentation. 「The before midnight clerk was rude. I asked if my room was on the bottom floor. It was on the 4th. That was the only left. My reservation was two weeks plus. I will not stay at Hampton again. The morning clerk had an attitude too. I didnt realize I put my room key in the mailbox. She informed me it was her mailbox, and not key drop. I picked it up and put it in the key drop 」
