「Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich von Monica empfangen. Sie hat uns in das Haus eingewiesen. Anschließend ist sie sofort los, um für uns ein ordentliches Frühstück einzukaufen. Das Lamu Haus ist sehr schön, allerdings innen etwas dunkel. Monica hat jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und aufgeräumt und an jedem zweiten Tag die Betten frisch bezogen. 「Our stay at Katarina's house was lovely. Katarina is very good at communicating details and the house manager Hamadi was also very helpful. The house is beautifully designed and extremely unique, although it is in need of some updating such as resurfacing the pool and mending concrete cracking. 「The house is very nice, old and stylish and so is the garden with plants and trees that are characteristic of the Kenya coast. I know that the owner wants to build a pool this spring, which would make the house perfect during the hot and humid days of the hotter season. 「Nyumba Sara was a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday. A beautiful, elegant home with a lovely terrace to capture the seabreeze, relaxing view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, and a one minute walk to the beach. The house staff took care of us like family and the chef's cooking was five stars- we ate like kings with fresh seafood deliciously prepared every day. It was hard to leave :)」
