「A beautiful little cottage surrounded by countryside and very well appointed. Private parking. All amenities provided. Spotlessly clean. Totally private and very relaxing. The sounds of the countryside are all that you can hear and at night it is pitch black lightened only by the moon and and stars. Bliss 😊」

「Nice rural hotel and restaurant. Good rooms and friendly staff. Great Lincolnshire breakfast.」

「Very clean with welcoming staff. Breakfast had an excellent choice and cooked meal was outstanding. We also had an evening. Meal with friends and this was also excellent with a good choice of food. Our room had everything one could need.」

「Brilliant and located in very quiet rural hamlet. Just what we needed after a day on the race track」

「Clean but had a lot of flies.Smelled damp in downstairs bedroom.Bathroom needs updating」

「Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful. The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall.」

「Cute beautiful cottage. Maybe consider a welcome pack, would be good. 」

「We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!」

「We booked a double room but were not told it was a disability access room. We were right next to the entry access door which banged open shut all night with other guests so hardly slept. Also the sink was small & far too low to use easily. The room decor & furniture was very low quality for such a beautiful building & the complementary tea etc & shampoo was very basic. This was not a cheap hotel & we were hoping for a beautiful room like the pictures but instead were left very disappointed.」

「Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again.」
