You'll have a designated space in the gravel parking lot just a few steps away from your door.Relax and unwind on your exclusive covered patio, an outdoor space all to yourself —
perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or a meal outdoors. As night falls, gather around the brand-new fire pit in the shared outdoor area, a cozy spot perfect for relaxation under the stars. The suite features a modern, fully-tiled bathroom with quartz countertops, providing you with a luxurious touch of privacy. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your needs, featuring a small fridge, small toaster oven, and beautiful quartz countertops. A portable stove is also available for cooking, and we offer complimentary coffee and tea for a delicious breakfast. For your entertainment, the 55-inch TV comes with access to Netflix and Disney+, ensuring you're set for relaxing evenings indoors. Need a little extra space for your little one? A portable crib is available upon request. Games & toys are provided! While there is another shortterm rental above, rest assured, our soundproof doors ensure your privacy and comfort during your stay.
Guest access. You will have access to the basement, the backyard, and the cover patio exclusively for your use. Parking - The parking with gravel is your parking space. Security Cameras: For your safety and the protection of the property, there are four outdoor security cameras: One faces the street on the right-hand side. One faces the parking area.

Adorable quaint place

I was in town for a baseball tournament so i was out quite a bit. However, the place was so clean, and perfect for my needs. You can hear the people who are staying in the rental above, but there is no access to your area from the other rental.
