「I liked that the property was big in size and had perfect rooms but one of the do not go to a single room when you have more than three people in the room anyway it was super nice.」

「Our stay at the Breakwater Inn was great! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice woman who gave us clear instructions on where to park, where our room was, as well as menus for both the restaurant across the street Mabel's, and the restaurant in the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water with two adirondack chairs. The bartenders were so friendly and made great drinks. Others that were staying at the hotel were just as friendly. I...

「It is a first class hotel and restaurant. 」

「The location of the Kennebunkport Inn is perfect. Parking is free and although not ample, we never had an issue. The room we got was cozy but totally fine for a couple. It was clean and bathroom updated. The continental breakfast was a welcome treat for a quick yogurt and coffee. It’s a small hotel, no elevator. So if you have walking issues, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room. 」

「Loved this place! Perfect for families. Loved the free bike rentals, free s’mores kits, continental breakfast with amazing muffins and a good variety of board games. Super close to Main Street and all the shops! Highly recommend!」
