「Hot tub was so relaxing! The whole place was cozy and great for a night getaway from the city. Couldn’t hear anything for miles!」

「Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. The tv and lamp were unplugged and had zero way of being plugged in because the extension cord ran underneath the bed to the AC. So you could be cool with the AC, or swelter while...

「Communication with host was great from booking to checkout. The place was very clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses on the beds are fantastic. I asked the host the manufacturer because I may buy for myself. Local restaurants were great and it’s a short easy drive to Kennebunkport. Also there is a super market with a full wine, beer and liquor selection within walking distance. Great stay!!」

「The house was cozy and very clean. Perfect location. The host immediately responded to my messages anytime I had a question. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. 」

「Everything was clean except for the floors. They were dark; when we spilled something the cloth we wiped with came back black. The host has really "poor boyed" everything...the towels were threadbare, wash cloths had threads hanging off of them. The sheets were cheap with rubber cover on mattress, similar to what you would put on a crib; the sheets would not stay on the bed due to this cover. The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, if next to impossible to get up off...the springs...

「You can’t beat the location! This unit is centrally located and close to everything, whether it be Portland or the beaches. The indoor pool and clubhouse were super fun for my kids. The unit itself needed some updates. The main bed was reasonably comfortable but the pullout futon was very uncomfortable. We appreciated that there were lots of extra beach towels for the pool. We also loved that the Roku TV allowed us to login to our Netflix, YouTube and Peacock accounts. One thing we noticed is a...
