「This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.」

「I was happy to find this room on short-notice, and it served the purpose for an overnight. The good: The check-in was easy. The room and the bedding was clean. Parking was easy. There is a kitchen and a nice little screen porch. The price was affordable compared to other places in nearby towns. 「Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...
