✔The Property: This charming property features four units in the main building and one detached unit. All units are equipped with electronic locks for easy, secure access. Whether you’re visiting for a summer getaway or a cozy winter retreat, each unit offers modern conveniences like mini-split HVAC systems to ensure comfort year-round.

✔Outdoor Space: Step outside to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze from the large patio, which is perfect for dining and relaxation. The outdoor area includes:

•Propane and charcoal grill
•Outdoor shower
•Beach gear: chairs, a beach cart, and a boogie board

✔Parking: This unit includes one *OFF-SITE PARKING* space located just one street over. PLEASE NOTE- parking spots are smaller and its a tight parking lot. Oversized SUV`s and trucks may not fit. Please view photos of the parking spaces in the listing before booking and plan accordingly. Limited street parking is also available.
This unit is numbered Unit #3. Please no pets on the furniture. Do not leave any perishables out at the end of your stay. No smoking on the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm until 7am.

Guests with Children: While children are welcome in our home, please note that the property has not been childproofed. It may not be suitable for very young children or those requiring a child-safe environment. We ask parents to supervise their children closely and accept responsibility for their safety and wellbeing during their stay.

Late check out is not offered at this listing. Early check in is possible based on our reservation calendar and if we have guests leaving that morning.
