Apt. is small, tv in bedroom inconvenient. The location is adequate for driving away, but not close to market. Enjoyed walking to mouth of Kenai River and Kenai Joe’s bar.

Nice stay in Kenai

This rental worked well for our family of three. Location was great for us, halfway between family in N. Kenai and K-Beach. The apartment is recently remodeled with new appliances and updated decor. We especially appreciated the full kitchen and separate sleeping spaces. While it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit, it takes a very long time to do one load (3+ hours half-full). Our 8-year-old was comfortable sleeping on the futon in the main living space, but the mattress on the bed in the bedroom was a bit too soft/unsupportive for us. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Very Nice Remodel

The place was great, it exceeded my expectations. The owners did an excellent job on the remodel. Minor problem, loved the huge TV, but wish it was in the main room not the bedroom. The only minor problem we had was the parking in front. It is little awkward parking for unit 1 especially with a big truck parking in unit 2. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment

Cute and clean apartment! My teenagers enjoyed the big TV in the bed room! Maggie, the property manager, called me to let me know that someone had left shoes behind and we were able to turn around and grab them quickly.
