"The staff were great and didn’t charge us for checking in early. The room was good on one level but we could hear water coming down the pipes from up stairs and our toilet was always blocked"

"Clean room, but noisy. The tiles on the floor were very hollow and loud. As a result any shoes or chairs made loud noise which seemed to echo. The room above was loud for the same reason, I don’t think it was anything excessive the other guests were doing, rather a lack of sound proofing on part of the recent renovations. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was convenient and the room service food was great!"
