"There was no air conditioning available to the rooms. We walked in the room and it was over-heated. Then tried to control the split system and hoped that the room would cool down, but it didn't We had a terribel nights sleep. When i questioned the staff at the desk, they said sorry but we control the heating during the winter months and did not show any empathy for the uncomfortable conditions. I explained people with medical conditions cannot stay in those hot conditions but they just said...
