"This place was terrible! Extremely dirty and gross. When we got to our room, there were stains on the sheets, one of the beds wasn’t made, mold in the shower, dirty toilet and when we asked to get another room, the attendant refused, we then asked for refunds he claimed he could not giving me a refund confirmation or show me that he canceled my reservation. I never received any refund. He was lying and was extremely rude and unprofessional. There were other guests in the lobby. Also complaining of the exact same thing. I do not recommend this place. "

"We went there to stay a night before our cruise. The hotel had everything we needed and was within walking distance of the Galveston pleasure pier! Would stay here again."

"Only thing great about the property was location. Other then tha, the room smelled gross, the sheets and bedding didn't feel clean and when I went to check out the girl was on her phone and didn't even know i was standing right in front of her."

"Check-in and communication was great, other than the molded pizza crust I found on top of the refrigerator when I arrived. There is a window AC unit right next to the bed that never shuts of and makes if difficult to sleep. There's no soap in the unit other than hand soap and Dawn. There isn't a trash can upstairs, the main living area and only bathroom. Parking is problematic and not guaranteed. Finally, there were two roaches in the kitchen I was having my last cup of coffee. I would not stay here again. "
