If you plan to bring your RV, additional guests are allowed in proportion to the amount of guests your RV adds to the accommodation. At The Lakehouse, guests will have full access to the entire property, with the exception of the storage building, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The boat dock, boat lift, and jet ski lifts are available for your convenience, making it easy to launch and store your boat and/or jet skis during your stay. Feel free to unwind in the luxurious hot tub and take in the stunning lake views.
The entire property, including the covered RV parking with electrical hookup that can serve as an EV charger, is at your disposal, except for the storage building. Whether you’re exploring the outdoors, relaxing by the water, or enjoying the home’s amenities, The Lakehouse is designed to provide a seamless and memorable experience for all our guests.
We will be available to assist with anything you need and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy. Access to the unit, check-in & out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience! We are a property management group local in Mansfield with over a decade of property management experience. We will not be in the area during your stay, but will be readily available by phone should anything arise. We will supply you with all the contact information you need to get ahold of us, and we have multiple people on staff so you can be served as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible or liable for any injuries or otherwise negative events from using the property, or having direct access to the lake. Any guests booking the property should have a general understanding of how to be safe around a lake, and supervise any children while on property.
There is a large part of the lot that is mostly a grass field, and is available to guests if desire to use for your special purposes.

- Bagged Trash can be left in the garbage containers on side of driveway/carport upon exit. Place any trash bags there as well properly sealed or double bagged as necessary. Trash is picked up on Wednesdays.
- DO NOT LEAVE any food, crumbs, fish food, or otherwise that will attract birds. If this is left, swarms of birds will come on the dock and leave excrement all over the dock. This will only occur if food is left, and in this event significant powerwashing will be required and you may be charged up to $125 for the powerwashing service if is outside normal maintenance/cleaning.
- HOT TUB COVER is only to be removed when in use, and must be covered at all other times when not in use. This will keep it clean, and maintain the water balance. Exposure to sunlight heavily degrades the chemicals used for balance and cover must be left on when not in active use. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
- Do not clean, cut, or otherwise dispose of fish or fish products in the sinks or drainage of the property. Fish or fish products need to be kept outside the dwelling unless properly contained, and for the sake of all guests that come after you please do not leave fish waste inside the property or trash inside the property at departure. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
- You are free to use the cookware and appliances as they are meant to be used at your discretion.
- Fireplace in the living room is NOT allowed to be used, and has gas shutoff, do not attempt to turn on.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay, and if you have any complaints or concerns from neighbors during your stay feel free to provide our contact info and let us deal with any issues so you can enjoy your stay and leisure!
- If the house is too cold, or too warm, use the thermostats to adjust to desired temperature.

- For your safety no diving in the hot tub, or lake, and do not allow children in the yard, around the lot, and around the hot tub without an adult present.
- PLEASE COVER HOT TUB WHEN NOT IN USE, this will ensure the cleanliness during your stay as direct sunlight causes degrading of the chemical balance.
- You are allowed to use the grill on the back patio. All necessary utensils are either in the kitchen or inside the grill.
- Dock walkway lights, and other exterior lighting on the lakeside/back of the house are controlled on the wall to the left of the fireplace
- Pool towels are available for your use. Please leave any used towels in the bathrooms at departure.
- Do not allow children in lake or outside areas without the surpervision of an adult for safety reasons.
