"Great breakfast. Nice clean room. Super friendly staff and quick check-in. This is a hotels.com issue. Best Western did have a pet friendly room but that night we did have difficulty locating a pet friendly room - not always clear on the hotels.com app whether the actual room you are booking is pet friendly. In this town, several hotels only had a few pet friendly rooms which were booked making me concerned to book any room that is not specifically listed as pet friendly. I would hate to book a room thinking it was pet friendly and finding out at check-in that even though the motel is pet friendly, the actual room will not allow a pet. Since we usually book and check in within an hour of needing the room, I don't take the cancellation insurance and would loose my booking fee. "
