"We loved our stay at the Cozy Bungalow. Everything was as described and pictured. The host was very responsive. The home is with in walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the boardwalk. It is a really nice area. We will definitely book this home again. "

"We arrived to find a home that was in poor condition, unclean, and smelled horribly of mold. Cracks in walls/ceilings. Floor was dirty. No top sheets-only old coverlets. No pillows with pillowcases - only shams. Primary bathroom had no functioning lights outside of toilet room. Pool had debris in bottom and all over top. Crumbs on sofa. Reported to host. He said if unhappy to leave and leave keys and they would make it right. He instead denied it to VRBO so I went back to take my own pictures for VRBO once I had my kids safely away from the property and he had locked me out. I paid for a week and was in property for less than an hour and they refused to refund. They are fraudsters running a sham of a home on VRBO. Had headache from mold in property within the hour we were there. Had a call with VRBO and Host where they screamed at me so loudly that my child asked if we were safe in our hotel or if they could find us. "

"This is a well kept, clean home and was stocked with everything we needed. It is an easy 15 min walk to the boardwalk, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I will note is that the description is incorrectly stating a 4 bed home. This is a two bed home with a full size bunk bed and twin bed in one room, and the master has a queen. There are several couches in the living and family room (bonus room) but none are pull outs. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to reply anytime we reached out."

"Great place to stay if your club crawling the light house district. Keep in mind that there is a bar underground you that does not close until 2 am. So if your planning to go to bed early this is not the place for you. It was great for what we went for. Had a great experience! "
