"Pool is not heated but it was okay. Parking was okay close to the hotel. Staff was great, room was neat and presentable. Breakfast was from 6am-9am wish it was till 11 but they have a lady making any kind of omelette you wanted and that was amazing."

"Casa Verde was an excellent choice for our trip to Clear Lake Shores. The house was so nice and clean, with a well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fast internet. We loved the outdoor living area with various seating options, outdoor TV and fire pit. As a couple escaping the cold weather, we used this area daily. The bikes provided allowed us to explore the island and get exercise while enjoying Clear Lake, the canals, various birds and the beautiful marina. And Casa Verde has it's own bench by the water to sit and watch boats go by. Walking or biking to the numerous restaurants so close to the property was not only convenient, but the diverse options were enjoyable. We contacted the host several times for various issues (locked out/TV issue) and got an immediate response and gracious prompt assistance. When we travel we always try to stay in a home vs hotel and we appreciated the book left by the host with the rules, where to locate items, how to check out and suggestions for entertainment. We do not have children, but there were many games, books and outdoor activities available. We have stayed in the area on prior trips, but Casa Verde provided a perfect escape in a terrific location, making us feel at home. "

"The lady at the front was really nice. The rooms were good. It’s just the hallways going into the rooms that smelled a bit. Hence the reason there are air purifiers all along that hallway. But overall decent stay."

"I would recommend staying at this property, it is very nice and the outdoor area is great so entertaining for the children and adults. The property is in a great location to the boardwalk and restaurants. We rented a golf cart from a near by vendor, and that’s all we needed to get around for the weekend. The host was very responsive when contacted. If we visit Kemah in the future, we will stay here again. "
