Great place to stay!

Love this hotel! Good location for ahopping and eating without too much traffic. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful! Love tje separet rooms for toilet and shower!

Kemah trip

Our room was clean with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 littles. Breakfast was a hurry up and wait cause there were so many people down there at once. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was for 7 days. Checkout time was at noon. We arrived at the room at 11:45 and our room was empty. They had taken all of our belongings out of the room. But first we complained to the housekeepers on the floor they did not even speak. English went to the front desk. We've got the beverages that we had in the. Refrigerators, back, and that was it, basically I don't know. They stole from us.

IT IS A NO-GO

Lobby is beautiful. Rooms were dirty. I can't believe this got a 9.2 on Hotels.com. Really? The rooms were DIRTY. The couch had stains and the bathrooms were old and stained. I thought this was supposed to be on a higher tier than just a random budget highway motel. Will NOT ever stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. We had to switch rooms because our AC was broken. The first person wasn't helpful at all, but the manager took care of us. I also wasn't aware at booking that i woul be charged an extra $20 for an authorization fee.

Terrible! Broken AC and crappy customer service

Absolutely terrible! My family reserved this hotel room that had a broken AC. We tried switching rooms but were told there were no others left. After staying in the room for a while (it was getting late and nothing else was available nearby) it became increasingly hotter. We finally asked for a box fan and was told that it got stolen last week 🤔. The remedy given was a measly discount. In all honestly, after this terrible experience, a full refund and credit of some sort would be greater appreciated. Another thing, there were dead roaches in the stairwell, and the housekeeping comes knocking at our door long before checkout.
