「The card key to the back end of the building didn't work as it should have. We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release. The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient. 「When we arrived, the front desk told us our reservation had been cancelled due to "over booking". I made the reservation 2 months in advance. Never received notice that it had been cancelled. The woman at the front desk was not friendly at all and didn't offer any help or compassion about our reservation being cancelled.
