✨To ensure safety and compliance, guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide passport copies after booking.

✨A refundable $1,500 CAD security deposit will be processed via Airbnb’s Resolution Center or collected in cash. After checkout inspection, the refund will be returned within approximately 10 business days.

✨For stays of 90 days or longer, guests receive a complimentary Refill & Basic Cleaning Service every 3 months.
Additional deep cleaning can be arranged at $50/hour upon request. Please note: this is a mid-stay maintenance service and does not replace move-out cleaning.
