「Love staying at Hotel Zed.」

「During staying my rental car battery was dead. Hotel staff was so kind that she contacted rental car shop and asked other customers who have battery charger.」

「WiFi　が弱く、１５時で入室した時は使用できたがチェックイン者が増えると使用できなくなった。」

「Great stay in Kelowna for the ISU figure skating event with my daughter! Hotel was excellent- room was very nice and clean and stocked with Nespresso which was a nice touch. Gym is good. Pool / hot tub looked good too but didn’t try. Restaurant is excellent (breakfast and dinner were great). Above all - the staff made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Kelowna and want to be in walking distance of downtown」

「とても気楽に楽しく滞在させていただきました。」

「Loved staying here! The hosts were very accommodating and fun to talk with. The room and bathroom was well stocked with very thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was AMAZING! We would highly, highly recommend staying here.」

「Our hosts, Suzana and Allen, were very welcoming. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The highlight of course was breakfast each day. The eating area is bright and cheery with a wonderful view of the valley. Suzana prepared a delicious variety of foods with fresh, local ingredients - many dishes were her own recipes. Allen brewed fresh coffee every morning and kept our cups topped up. On our last morning we were also treated to his Apple Cottage Cheese Bake. We especially liked that...

「Very nice location and great customer service」
