「The staff were all great and breakfast and the restaurant were fine but the rooms and common areas need refreshing. Having said that the beds were comfortable just an overall tired feeling about the place.」

「The accommodations were very good, close to restaurants and such. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Good location in Galway to experience the sea views and bay. The hotel itself is a little tired, but reasonably clean. The staff in the restaurants and lounge are exceptional! This is where the hotel shines, as well as having lovely views across the bay. Also front desk staff was lovely and had a small fridge brought to our room when we enquired about refrigerators. We had breakfast included and it was very satisfying with typical full Irish breakfast choices, plus cereal, toast, yoghurt...

Didn’t see any living person while there as the check in was online. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The pics in the ad are very deceiving. What a disappointment.」

「room is clean, but hotel is alittle bit far from town 」

「we enjoyed our stay」

We purchased b’fast at 15 euro pp, was worth it. Dinner at the pub was not as good. We did the inclusive plan and there are limited menu choices, with only one that exceeds the per person price. Not a great option, and the food itself is just ok. On the brighter side, the rooms are lovely and the beds are super comfortable. There...
