「Lina was a wonderful experience for us. The staff were so kind and attentive and communicative. The property is even more beautiful than the photos and feels just wonderful. It’s perfectly placed in the city so you can walk or scooter anywhere with ease. We had incredible massages while there too. Turn down service and tea were lovely touches and daily breakfast was always a treat. We cannot recommend Lina enough!!」

「景色は良い。ヴィラも立派なのだが、非常に使いにくい。洗濯機がないのは不便。ランドリーサービスは時間通りな届かないし、私の洗濯物は他の人の部屋に持っていかれたようだ。バスタブはない。フロントからヴィラまでは送迎サービスがあるが、フロントでお願いしても、送迎車はなかなか来ない。プールはきれいだが、プールサイドのバスタオルは雨で濡れても、数日間交換されない。ルームサービスは時間通りに来ない。20分遅れで催促すると10分後に届く。玄関から来ないで、プールサイドの窓から届けに来たのには驚いた。」

「I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. 「Es hat uns alles gut gefallen, besonderes nettes Personal, das uns in jede Hinsicht geholfen hatte. Der Garten mit dem Pool machen die Anlage sehr hübsch. Der einzige minus Punkt ist das quietschendes Bett, was bei jeder Umdrehung quietschte. Filtertrinkwassergerät hat uns den Weg in den Supermarkt erspart. Dafür ein grosses Dankeschön. 」

「The property was fine. Not too many things around but it was easy enough to catch a cab (cheap) and go into town. I tried to communicate with the owner and the caretaker about airline changing our flight and arriving two hours earlier than the first plan. I texted and call both parties but couldn't get through. We had to wait for two hours to be picked up at the airport. When we checked out, the caretaker didn't show up on time. We waited for the longest we could but had to leave. The facility...

"スンギギビーチにある老舗のホテルのようです。３泊しました。部屋は値段なりですが、朝食が豊富で美味しく、夕方は夕陽がきれいです。また、ギリ３島に前の浜からダイレクトに行けてとても便利です。 ただ、施設が古くカードキーが効かない、エアコンが動かない、冷蔵庫から水が漏れてたりなどトラブルもありました。 その都度、スタッフが迅速に対応してくれましたが、施設の老朽化は問題だと思いました。 いろいろありますが、総じてコスパはいいホテルだと思いました。"
