Moana Sunrise Villa is a gorgeous tropical Hawaiian estate with every modern luxury you could want on your vacation!
This tranquil estate was designed by a top interior designer with some of the nicest furnishings you will find on the island. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, lush tropical gardens and modern amenities like air conditioning, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and ultrafast fiber optic WiFi for the fastest wifi on the island!
The chef-inspired kitchen with new stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes needed to cook delicious seaside meals indoors or use the BBQ to cook outside. Serve your culinary delights with a side of paradise in one of the multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas!
For a complete dining experience, pull up a chair on the lanai dining table or gather around the outdoor seating area. Allow the Hawaiian sea breeze to accompany your views of the beautiful pool and gardens of your paradise estate.
Upstairs are three comfortable and stylish bedrooms from which to choose. The first (Primary) bedroom features peek-a-boo ocean views, a queen bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans, nightstands with phone charging and ample clothing storage, individually controlled air conditioning (A/C) and a sliding screen door that leads out to the lanai with ocean views, attached (en suite) full bathroom with spa-like shower, double vanity and a heated bidet. On the other side of the house is bedroom two and three which each have a queen bed, sitting area, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans, individually controlled air conditioning, nightstands with phone charging and ample clothing storage. Bedroom two and three share the upstairs guest bathroom with shower and tub and a heated bidet. Bedroom four is it's own private suite located in the downstairs studio which features a queen bed, living area with queen sized foldout couch bed, blackout curtains, dimmable lighting, ceiling fans, nightstands with phone charging and ample clothing storage, kitchen #2 with refrigerator and coffee maker, air conditioner (A/C), walk-in closet and spa-like full bathroom with shower and tub and a heated bidet.
Freshening up is a joy in the well-appointed bathrooms featuring soft towels, hairdryer, toiletries and other travel amenities.

Fastest WiFi available on the island (fiber), WiFi mesh system covers the entire property in case you want to work outside on the beautiful lanai or at the pool, Multiple outdoor lounge areas, Dedicated workspace, Air conditioner and dehumidifier, free Parking for 3 vehicles, Full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, 5 burner Samsung stove w/ convection oven, cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, Smart TV, Comfortable mattresses (Nectar), large capacity Washer and Dryer, Contactless check-in, boogie/body surfing boards, beach towels and a cooler for your beach excursions and outdoor yard games.
House Rules:
No Parties or Events allowed. We have a very strict rule of no outside guests. No visitors. No one is allowed on the property except the guests on the original booking. For example if the reservation is for 8 guests and 9 or more people are on the property for any reason, the reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. We do not give warnings.
Quiet hours per local laws are 9pm to 7am.
Our entire property is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please smoke far from the house in the fenced-in pool area only and dispose of your cigarettes afterward in the trash can.
Please take care of the furnishings. Do not move any of the furniture or rocks on the property.
Please turn the Air Conditioning off when you leave and when you are not using it. Hawaii has the highest electricity rates in the country, so please help with this!
All guests using the pool or hot tub must shower off before entering the pool or hot tub and remove and deodorant, lotions, or any other products. Absolutely nothing besides you and your clean swimsuit allowed in the pool and hot tub. Please do not enter the pool pump house for any reason. Please do not touch the metal pool control box attached to the side of the pool pump house. Sober adult supervision of children is required at the pool at all times.
Please do not touch or close the gate. Local regulations require us to keep the gate open at all times for emergency vehicles. Please do not move the boulders in front of the gate for any reason.
For your safety and security we have 24 hour security and three (3) cameras on the property facing the outside perimeter of the house so we can see if any unauthorized people enter the property. No cameras face the interior of the house. Per VRBO rules, there are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with or shutting off the security cameras is not allowed and will end your reservation without a refund.
If you fail to leave the Accommodation by the agreed check-out time, you may be held liable for the business impact and damages. Beginning one-hour after the agreed check-out time, we have the right, if you have not left the Accommodation by such time, to charge you two (2) times the average nightly rate of your Reservation, and again every twenty-four (24) hours of your overstay until you vacate the Accommodation.
Violation of any of the above that results in additional costs will be billed to the guests, including but not limited to: noise complaint fines, excessive cleaning services, repair costs for damaged items. Guests agree to pay additional fees within 72 hours of checkout.
Please note that we expect all guests to follow all rules at all times. We are willing to enforce all rules up to and including ending the reservation. Please note that no refunds are given for cancellations due to violating the house rules.
