「This was an older building with just an updated shower/tub, and very low water pressure. The room was dated/old, the furniture have seen better days. The pillows were extremely puffy and uncomfortable to sleep on. The overhead fan was dirty/dusty and having a room on the first floor was extremely noisy. 」

Mine was dated, with a lot of deferred maintenance (broken plastic blinds, cracked window, trim damaged, really dingy carpet, smelled of animal urine).
