The dinner was an incredible, elaborate experience that we weren’t expecting. The gardens were beautiful and the hot springs were so relaxing. "

We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. The staff were always polite...
