Right next to the apartment, there is a hockey center. The neighborhood is filled with shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The location also offers excellent transport options with numerous bus and tram stops (Nikiszowiec Lodowisko, Nikiszowiec Szpital, Nikiszowiec Kościół) and close proximity to the A4 highway.
