The room was very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The amenities (lounge, 7eleven on site, restaurant) were all very useful for supporting our conference attendance. A short bus ride or pleasant walk to the train to downtown Tokyo.

Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure.

I came to see a live gig at Kashiwa Palooza and this is a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, near train station, beautiful shrine nearby. Breakfast buffet is great too. I'd stay here again no doubt.

There are places like Gotembakan that are cheaper but are worse than a motel 6. Hotel Route Inn is everything people rave about Japanese hotels. And I survived the earthquake there from the 14th floor.

The staff is friendly and speak English. Super helpful. Have to ask at desk for wifi. Quiet neighborhood. Close to train stop. About an hour from Narita. Would highly recommend. Room is spacious. Ramen shops line the same street. Do yourself a favor and eatsomething from these shops. There's a "New Yorker" bar close by that's fun. we only stayed overnight and it was very convenient to to take our train to Osaka the next morning.

Very nice and helpful staff! The breakfast buffet is small but all the options were very tasty. Super friendly people at the restaurant. Bus stop bound for Kashiwa train station is an easy 5 min walk or less. Convenient location across the street from Seven Park, a nice shopping mall.

Everything was clean perfect what we were in town for

The room was larger than expected and the hotel offered a lot of amenities! The breakfast was amazing blending of international cuisine and changed daily! It’s close proximity to both the train and bus stations allowed for easy exploration of both the city and Japan! Two things of note: the hotel room can feel stuffy due the humidity and the room we stayed in could use some upgrades. Overall our stay was great and don’t forget to try the local banana jam (bought two jars home with me)!!!

The 3 night stay for 3 nights. Rooms are small but the brekfast very various and tasty. Ranger japanese style hovewer you can find sandwiches and scramvle eggs.

Staffs are at standby 24 hours a day. The stay was warm and cozy.
