「途中で水が出ない事があった。 シャワーを使用していると温度が下がる。 ホテルのドアのパスワードが違う。 ホテルからの資料が当日にも届かなく、電話してようやくメールが来た。 とにかく、対応が悪いですね。」

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「It is near Akihabara, Ueno and Okachimachi stations, so it's great to travel around Tokyo, take the Shinkansen or just staying around to do dinning and shopping. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay, including a fridge, air conditioning and a kitchenette. I would deffinitely consider it for my next visit to Japan」

「Scale ripide e strette, comunicazione assolutamente difficile, poco cordiali e per niente disponibili. Prima notte abbiamo dormito al freddo poiché non c’erano indicazioni su come scaldare la stanza e l’isolamento termico è inesistenze. Posizione non utile, non c’è nulla attorno. Lontana dalla metro. informazioni sul check-in date all’ultimo minuto. Cacciati dalla stanza alle 10:01. Assolutamente orribile. 」

「今回、大人2名子供3名で2泊宿泊しました。 みんな女性だったので、シャワールーム２トイレ２ありベッドルームも大人と子供達で分けられ、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 部屋もキッチン周りも綺麗でした。 場所も住宅街でしたが近くにコンビニもあり、何より低価格で泊まれた事に大満足でした。 自宅にいるような、居心地でした。 駅から１０分くらい歩きましたが、東京に行った時には、また是非利用したいとおもいました。 管理の方も大変感じの良い対応でした。 」

「Customer service is zero. I never got entry code in time. Very hard to get location on google. Property did not provide the exact location chart. Ir is extremely hard to get in touch with the property owner. 」

「The toilet seat was broken. Water clogged in bathroom drain. So you would take bath in stagnant water. No cutlery in kitchen. 」
