"The only decent thing I can say about this place is it's adjacent to Terminal 3. It felt like a cheap dorm room in Vegas, except the buffet was horrible in comparison. I couldn't wait to leave."

"I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime for my 10-year-old son. Tokyo, Japan had been his dream destination for years—he saved his allowance, talked about it nonstop, and was beyond excited to finally experience it. After a brutal 30-hour travel day (multiple flights, layovers, and exhaustion), we arrived at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo only to be told our room wasn’t ready. There was literally no seating area for guests waiting to check in. My tired 10-year-old and I had to stand in the lobby for a long time with our luggage, completely drained. It was heartbreaking to watch his excitement turn into disappointment right from the start. But that was just the beginning. The real nightmare was the noise. On multiple nights, loud guests (talking, laughing, slamming doors) kept us awake for hours. The first time I went to the front desk to complain, they did absolutely nothing—no empathy, no action, just a shrug. I had to come back a second time with a video recording of the noise before they even acknowledged it. Their “solution”? Make us move rooms in the middle of the night. We had to repack everything, haul our luggage up two floors, and unpack again at 2-3 AM while my son was exhausted and confused. Because of this, we got little to no sleep on 4 out of our 8 nights. A 10-year-old who should have been making lifelong memories of his dream trip instead spent half the vacation overtired, cranky, & disappointed"

"This hotel is located in Daiba, which is about a 30 minute train ride from central Tokyo but this is what made the location so good. The train station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and it was lovely to leave the busy noisy chaos of Tokyo behind and retreat to the more relaxed area of Daiba that also offers a large selection of excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities as there are two large shopping malls within a 10 minute radius. The hotel service was wonderful, particularly the housekeeping who took extra care each day to clean and prepare our room. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and the room size was larger than we expected. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tokyo."

"Gorgeous place"

"This is a great place to recharge before the long flight back to US instead of sitting in the terminal for nearly a half day. Plus they will hold onto your luggage. The restaurant and bar are convenient with good food and drinks. The rooms are small but it has a bed and shower which is all I need to recharge. Wish they provided more coffee in the room and you could do something besides a full breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. However their is a cafe on the far side of the airport to purchase coffee and a pastry."

"This hotel is very convenient to access both Disney Parks at the Tokyo Disney Resort. It is immediately across the street from the monorail station (one stop from Disney Sea, and three stops from Disneyland). Trains come constantly (approx every three minutes), so that could be easier. The hotel was clean and had a/c. There are a couple of restaurant options, a small but handy shop, a bell desk for leaving bags, wifi that worked well, and very kind, friendly, and helpful staff. However, I was disappointed. While review ratings marked this hotel very high, and it would have been an outstanding property in the ‘90s, it looks like nothing has been touched since. Despite new hallway carpet, everything in the room (which was huge and boasts a separate “foyer” from the rest of the room) was very old and worn. Clearly it is time for a refurb. The carpet is old and worn, showing many cleaned stains. The mattresses were very hard (and yet they felt ok for sleep). USB and power outlets have been added in an interesting and after thought manner. To compensate, curious amenities like 3 hairdryers and copious numbers of single use toiletries (everything from hair brushes to tooth brushes to hair nets!) were available in the room. (The shower was clean, water was hot, and pressure was strong.) It was fine for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay long term. There are properties near by that we checked out at a similar price point that were far nicer. I don’t understand the review hype."

"Good location to Disney parks, with shuttles to Disneyland and shuttle to the station to DisneySea, where you need to take the monorail 1 stop. You can also take the shuttle to Maihama JR station. I enjoyed the nautical theming of the hotel. The bed was comfortable for me."
