"It was a last minute cancellation and my children and i were booked into 6 Rue Jean Pommiès, 33520 Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux - Bruges. Breakfast wasn't that fancy. By the time we got to it, there was no bacon or eggs and the staff said its all finished. The night staff that was working on the 6th June. A male of asian decent was rude and majority of the time, locked up the doors and disappeared. I asked him for a replacement door access card and he threw the cards on the counter saying he didnt have enough, yelling in french. The female staff were always more than helpful. Kids loved the pool"
