「We had a great stay here, the staff was so responsive and the house keeper was so sweet. The rooms always were super clean, it is in a great location right on the marina and walking distance to the beautiful town of Argostoli. The parking sometimes gave us trouble as it was a very busy time of year and the town is packed but as long as you get a parking spot before 8 and leave your car there for the night you should have no problems. Nothing bad to say about this place.」

「Oskars is a family owned property, they know how to make guests feel welcome and at home. Rooms are spacious and depending on your choice you’ve got a fridge and full appliances to use. There’s plenty of parking space, and they have lovely cats around the property which we loved. If you are looking for a place in Lassi, near Argostoli etc this is your place. We would definitely be back. Thank you very much!」

「SOLO TRAVELERS BEWARE! Booked a “Sea View” room months ago, I was shown to a room on a lower level with NO SEA VIEW. (See photo with tiny slice of sea circled in RED). When I politely pointed this problem out, I was informed “A larger group had booked the upper apartments, but I was welcome to sit in the garden”. 「We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. 「Panos and his wife wet were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and most helpful. The room was cleaned every day, had a small but adequate (for us) tv and a lovely, quiet air conditioning unit. A 5 minute walk or 10 minute stroll to the harbour and the tavernas. Located up a little bit of an incline but I managed it well enough even while carrying a weeks supply of water for 2 and I’m 68.」

「Maria was truly incredible. Nothing was an issue and I really appreciated her hospitality, especially as a young woman travelling on her own. I felt really safe. I had a late transfer following check out but Maria was more than happy for me to use the pool and bathroom while I waited following check out, which I really appreciated. The rooms are gorgeous and has great air conditioning. The breakfast in the morning that Maria prepared was delicious and the pool was always quiet. Perfect stay.」
