"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für uns war super. Das Personal war immer freundlich und man hat jederzeit bei Fragen eine Antwort erhalten. Das Essen war sehr gut und es war auch jederzeit genügend da. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross nur die Möbel waren schon etwas älter und zeigten deshalb Altersabnutzungen. The door between our room and next room did not have a lock at all and we had to secure it with a chair, we adressed this to the reception, no reaction. They could not provide the bathrobes in 3 days we have stayed there (wellness hotel?), there was no drinking watter in the wellness area in all the times we have been there. The watter in our shower was freezing cold between 16:30 and 18:30 every day. We would not open the window for...
