Beautiful sunrises

This was a girl’s trip so we enjoyed having our own room. The condo was in a great location and we always felt safe and secure. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises and talking walks on the nearby path. The condo was filled with all the necessities and was close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. It’s close to the airport and good stating point for drives north and south. We absolutely loved it!

Perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was very central to go to the south side and the north side of the island. If you want to hear the ocean and see the ocean this is your place. The condo was clean, well maintained and the perfect size for us. We walked to dinner each evening. We arrived before check in and were allowed early entry since housekeeping was complete.

Perfect place to Stay on Kauai!

This condo is IDEAL! The view is so beautiful! Really appreciated the elevator when handling our belongings. Everything we needed was there in the condo. Such pretty furnishings. Everything clean, & comfortable. If we return to Kauai in the future, we will surely stay HERE, & request this one. The large shopping center across the street was incredible! Fresh food, yummy shaved ice, Starbucks, the ABC store, & more. Such a great location. Good communication with owner. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

We loved our stay! The location of the condo is wonderful. Close to a big grocery store and other amenities, and the condo faces the ocean! Waking up to ocean breezes every morning was the best. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great in communicating and making sure all was well. We'd love to come back!

Perfect Getaway

This is a stylish, clean, and very comfortable condo perfect for relaxing, with easy parking access, nearby stores and restaurants, and central Kapa’a location for getting to activities on the south or north end of the island. Fantastic views from the balcony (though we weren’t fans of the giant sandbags, presumably to prevent beach erosion) but overall a really wonderful place to call home on Kauai. Great communications with the host. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable Property!!

This location is amazing! When you walk in you are met with stellar views and an increíble atmosphere with the decor and cleanliness. The checkin process was seamless with the host and on site staff being incredibly responsive with all requests. You will not be disappointed with this property! Located right in the heart of Kapaa, the convenience of stores and restaurants is a huge plus. Not only did Jim recommend places to go, he also texted about other beach locations to explore. In addition, when anything was needed he was very responsive. We ended up getting most of our meals as take out because the location was so wonderful! The pool was lovely and everyone we encountered didn’t hesitate to help. We will definitely return to this beautiful spot!

Excellent stay

Amazing view, clean, quiet, comfortable! We would definitely stay there again! It is also in a convenient location...can get to grocery and a few restaurants by walking and can drive north or south easily. We had an issue with the front lock and they were there to fix it within minutes. Communcation was excellent.

Property was very nice. There are many restaurants close by and a grocery store within walking distance. The place was well stocked with kitchen and beach gear. The location made travel to the north and south parts of the island easy.

Enjoyed our time in Kauai

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was as described. We did have an issue with no hot water but it was addressed in a responsive manner. It took a day to get hot water but we enjoyed, nonetheless. I would stay again.

Great option in Kapa’a area

The ocean views, swimming pool, and super easy beach access makes this unit a top choice. The beds were decent with ample supply of pillows and extra linens. The host communicated directly several times to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooking tools and appliances, etc. Right across the street from grocery store, restaurants all over, just and all around great spot.

Fabulous View! Great Location!

This property's view was 5+ stars! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the morning sunset and ocean waves. The location puts you in easy access to places up north and down south. I loved it - The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it did not have air conditioning, and it needs it! Due to the lack of A/C, we had a hard time sleeping. Though we got a lot of breeze off the ocean, we are not used to nighttime temperatures over 70. Since the unit is not large, portable A/C units would work great! Otherwise, the condo was clean, well-suited, and comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer, a nice pool (though basic), and direct beach access. If there was A/C, I would go again! Loved Kauai - we will be returning in the future.

Double Graduation Celebration

This unit is exactly as it states in the description. It was in the perfect location, walking distance to shopping and dining and the most beautiful sunrise viewing right from the balcony, The unit was clean, decorated nicely, had all necessary appliances and more. Appreciated having beach towels and chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Management was easy to communicate with and was very welcoming. Would stay again.

Amazing condo with a spectacular view!

Absolutely loved staying here, it was serene and had the most amazing view. The sunrises at this location were incredible! There was snorkel gear, a beach chair and sand toys in the closet which was much appreciated. The balcony had a small table and four chairs and one lounger, wish there was 2 loungers! The space was plenty for 2 or a small family, there is some wear and tear from the elements but nothing too bad. The location of this place is spot on, made it easy to do day trips in either direction of the island. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Sunrise from the balcony

We felt a warm welcome when we arrived to the clean condo. The chocolates were a favorite. We were a bit worried about the left turn onto hwy56, but not once was it a problem. We very much appreciated the beach toys and boogie boards. It was a plus having laundry in the unit. We’d recommend this condo with a view.
