One of the best priced condos on Kauaʻi. 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, BBQ & laundry on site. Short walk to Coconut Market Place (groceries, restaurants & shopping) & beaches (take paved path across street), Farmers Markets, waterfalls, hiking, kayaking & more. Centrally located in Kapaʻa! Adventure anywhere you like on Kauaʻi & return home with ease.

    One cozy King Bed with 3 inch foam topper in bedroom, 1 Full Bath, Living Room with Queen Sofa Sleeper, Full Kitchen (fully stocked). Split Unit AC in living room and bedroom keeps the entire condo as comfortably cold as you like.

    Guests enjoy the entire apartment/condo, all property grounds, pools (3), hot tubs (2), grills, laundry facilities, free parking, and no resort fee!

    We are a local, privately owned condo within Plantation Hale Suites. Guests can always reach us via VRBO messaging and there will be detailed information sent day of check in, as well as in the Welcome Basket upon arrival re. local contact, etc.

Amazing host , very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Very close to the beach and great amenities. Will recommend and stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay! The host was kind and responsive, and left me some delicious local cookies to begin my stay. The condo was super clean, well equipped with toiletries and kitchen supplies (utensils as well as k cup coffee, olive oil, cooking spray, ice cubes made already), and was nice and cold with AC when I arrived. The place has plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella, which was so nice after staying in a hotel the previous days of my trip. I ended up not doing laundry, but the host gives you plenty of detergent pods. The grounds are lovely, with a nice pool and hot tub as well as a grill. Families are around, but I was solo traveling and I did not find any kids/noise obnoxious. The balcony of the condo is perfect for breakfast and you can see the beach from it! The bed was SO COMFY, the best part for me, with soft sheets and a great comforter. I could walk to everything I needed (ABC, restaurants, luau, shaved ice, gift shops, drug store/CVS). It was set away from the road so it was nice and quiet at night. I could walk directly to a small beach (less than 5 min walk). I got sunburnt one of the days and the host let me use the aloe plant on the balcony, and gave me helpful instructions on how to use it. Location-wise, I was very close to Ka’paa and on the main road that went to everywhere on the island. Parking was easy. I will absolutely be staying here again. Beautiful and quiet place to stay.

The property and the host were great. However, VRBO was horrible! Our situation was that our home on Kauai was inaccessible, and we had no power after a major hurricane on Kauai. The power company told us we would be without power for at least 2 weeks. Therefore, we rented this place for 2 weeks on our island because they did have power. After one week, our power was surprisingly restored, and we were able to get back into our home. We contacted the Host to see if we could leave the property early and get a partial refund. She told me that was not allowed by VRBO. If we left early and VRBO changed her calendar to show availability, then that would reflect badly on her rental. As if we left early because the place was some how unacceptable. That was obviously not the case. In spite of the unusual circumstances, VRBO would not make an exception to their policy. That seemed entirely unreasonable, and certainly not very compassionate, considering the destructive hurricane that hit the island. So, beware when you rent via VRBO. They are very rigid with their policies. And seemingly unwilling to make any kind of exceptions even in the face of natural disasters.
