The hotel has a lovely rooftop swimming pool with an oldish spa. The 2-bed room is nice and comfortable. Will book again to stay.

I would give this hotel 5 stars except their unwillingness to enforce their no smoking rule. The room was lovely and comfortable especially the bed. But the corridor smelt heavily of smoke. Our room was a little bit until the first morning, coming back from breakfast there was very strong cigarette smell like someone had smoked in our room. On complaint to desk they suggested we move rooms. Apparently smoking in non smoking rooms is not an issue for them.

Dear Eugene:We thank you for choosing to stay in this hotel and give your feedback. Generally speaking, we are happy to upgrade the room for our frequent guests. Even if you are not a contracted customer of the hotel but a member of the reservation website, we are still willing to do so. However, we must consider the housing situation at the time to make a decision, especially in hotels with high occupancy rates. In order to avoid damaging the normal rights and interests of other guests, there are more things to consider. I hope you can understand.We feel very sorry for the problem of the smell of smoke. The hotel stipulates that smoking is not allowed in indoor spaces other than the smoking room. If we find any room with such a problem, we will deal with it seriously. However, the smell of smoke cannot be removed immediately. In order to prevent guests from continuing to have a bad experience, the most efficient solution is to change rooms. We would like to apologize again for your uncomfortable experience, and we will continue to pay attention to this issue..

Rooms are large but could stand to be renovated. About 15 minute walk to the Formosa Station - which isn't a big deal in cooler weather but could be a slog back and forth in hot humid conditions. Lots of little eateries but no/few larger restaurants in the immediate area.

The hotel is not near MRT but there are many shops and restaurant around. We booked Executive Twin Room and got and a big room with a bathtub at level 28 with great view. We came early and were allowed to check in at 12pm. Check out is extended until 3pm.
