There are 3 spacious sun-filled bedrooms, open living room and kitchen along with two full bathrooms. You simply won’t find a better location with this much space in the heart of downtown Kansas City!

Enter through the back of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. The loft is located on the second floor of the building and will be accessed via stairs. There is not an elevator in this building.

Additionally, we have provided dark make-up towels for make-up removal convenience.

*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

There is a designated parking lot on the side of the building.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
