「We had a great time at the property. The house located at prime area, with metro and JR within minutes away. Akiko San was very helpful and responsive. The house is great for family with kids, the beds are comfortable and everything is clean and high standard. Thank you for having us, we will be back. 」

「We shoes up at the property on the date and time specified in the rental but the owner did not give us access and as such we were not able to stay there. We ended up having to find a hotel close by at the very last minute. 」

「For a small space, there is is a lot of separation so people can do their own activities without really disturbing others. The house is on three floors - one bedroom on the second floor and one on the third. Host is super responsive. Very generous coffee and tea supplies, which we appreciated. The property is about a 5 minute walk from Koenji metro station; there is a grocery store next to the station as well as lots of convenience stores in the area. 」
