The property was clean however amenities was lacking. No bath gel, no slipper and only 2 Pillows. 2nd night, there were people moved in to 3rd floor and the walking sound, of the floor was unbearable. Room 2203, the toilet whole night got very Loud noise from the piping but floor was v clean. Breakfast at the RS, fried rice was cold

Plumbing made noise the whole stay. Shower water pressure wasn’t good. We arrived after dark, there was no food. Didn’t have a safe feel to it. Wouldn’t go back.

Pretty hotel for Kanchanaburi

The area where we stayed in Kanchanaburi didn't have much to offer. We simply stayed the night to be closer to the Elephant Haven organization that we were volunteering at. The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff was great. The room looks nice but didn't have much to offer. Only one towel was left on the bed for each guest. That's it. There is also no phone in the rooms to call for room service. You literally have to walk to the lobby and ask, which then someone comes directly to your door and waits on you while you pick out what you want for a late dinner. Kind of awkward. Staff was super nice but it was just a bit weird.

Pleasant stay in a modern hotel

The hotel is very clean and new (as it has just been refurbished). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the first day was a standard menu choice as there were not enough guest for a buffet breakfast, although on our second day we had breakfast buffet. The hotel is slightly out of the main touristy strip, but a 10 minute taxi ride gets you there. There are pedal bikes the hotel is happy to lend you. The mattress was quite hard (some people may prefer this), the staff were happy to supply extra padding under the bed sheet, to help soften the mattress. The swimming pool is a good size and was clean. Nice bathroom, with powerful shower. Private balcony. Good Tv

Weich ein i.o. hotel, da wir jedoch für den selben Preis in anderen Orten bessere Unterkünfte hatten war dies vor allem wegen den sehr weichen Matratzen und dem Raucherzimmer nicht die beste Wahl. Scheinbar gehört das Hotel zu dem Hotel neben an (R+S Hotel). ...

Me and my friend intended to stay for 3 nights but we ended up checking out after 2 nights. The hotel is newly renovated and it has a nice swimming pool and lounge. When I looked at it from the map, it seems to be close to the bus terminal but it is in fact located in the suburb which is 10-15 minute ride by car/ bus. Its location is somewhat far from the city center. It'll be better if you rent a car. Otherwise, it's not that convenient to travel to the hotel by public transport. None of the staff that we came across speak fluent English and I had to use my google translate on my cell phone to let them know what we needed. That said, they are super nice and helpful and always wear a smile on their face.
