Everything was great except the location which was a little out of the way and a bit hard to find and the bed was a little hard - other than these details, which aren’t major by any stretch the stay was perfect

No hot water in basin but seems to be standard in Thailand, makes shaving very difficult. No views from any room despite proximity to mountains, no seating or outside space - balcony or veranda. Staff very friendly and helpful.

El hotel está muy bonito, moderno, amplio, limpio. Muy recomendable, el staff muy atento y servicial. Un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero ofrecen varios servicios de transporte muy económicos. El desayuno estaba incluido y muy rico.

가격대비 좋은 호텔입니다. 스텝들도 매우 친절 함. 방안의 창소 상태도 깨끗했습니다. 객실 내부에 습기가 많아서 에어컨을 계속 틀어놔야 했습니다. 화장실은 깨끗했지만 환기장치가 미흡한점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Ordentliches, sauberes Stadthotel. Allerdings ca. 5 km von der Touristenmeile entfernt. Wir waren mit dem Leihwagen unterwegs, deshalb kein Problem. Die Matratzen sind tatsächlich die härtesten der Welt!!!

Sehr sauber, modern und hilfsbereites Personal

Das Hotel sieht frisch renoviert aus und hat einen jungen, modernen Look. In der Lobby stehen Kekse, Bananen, Kaffee & Tee an dem man sich kostenlos bedienen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Kaffeebar an der man auch leckeren Kuchen kaufen kann. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten sind für Europäer ungewohnt hart- auf Nachfrage kann man an der Rezeption jedoch eine weiche Auflage bekommen. Das Personal & die Hotelleitung ist ausgesprochen bemüht und hilfsbereit und hat alles für uns organisiert und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Nice stay with perfect service

The mattress is too hard and the pillows are too soft that we had to ask for one more with cost THB 20. I recommend it should be for complimentary not charge as we stayed for two nights, breakfast is included but not many options as its location of small cafe. The girls in front desk are very active, smile and very nice and helpful. Lots of space for parking lot and close to the city. Free wifi in all area and in room but the speed of internet is limited. Overall is nice, we had a nice stay.

Quiet and comfortable at an excellent price

My wife, son and I stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The rooms are new with an awesome industrial look. The rooms are spotless. Brand new bed sheets, and towels. The shower and toilet are like brand new. The hotel is new so everything is brand new (the refrigerator, TV, etc.) The rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel is only a short 2-minute walk from the main road (3199). The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an a convenient location. During the day and night, it is always quiet. From the hotel you have a great view of the mountain on the other side of the river kwai. The bridge over river kwai is not far away. I highly recommend this place to both foreigners and Thai that are looking for a great comfortable place, at a great price, and near the action.
