Bertam Resort and Water Park Penang
Had a wonderful stay here and the breakfast was good. Swimming pool is also spacious. Only downside is the view from my room.

The properly is quite run down with many broken things: - the sofa is badly stained and smell bad - 2 out of 6 chairs are broken - both fob keys not working - toilet papers not provided - tissue papers not provided - exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working resulting in misty and damp environment ...

Room was simple and okay was not greatly clean to our standards. Staff communication was great answered any questions I had and accommodated me for my needs
