"The access key was not provided on day one. The entrance lock was not working. The door would not lock. The owner wants to send a video for every issue. Broken side table, no main door lock, poor quality Pans, no power chord for rice cooker, TV remote not working. Bedsheets can be better, looked ragged. Hall sofa not fully stable. The owner was putting the blame on the previous renter, but we suffered from the stay. All amenities are charged except Gym. The Tennis court was in very horrible...
