"The family that operates the hotel really work hard to make sure we were comfortable. They offer a beautiful breakfast each morning in a lovely setting. Parking is available out front and the rooms are well maintained."

"Wonderful location with great amenities and very friendly staff. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a spectacular room, but the primary pleasure of my stay was being able to relax after a long hike in a comfortable environment, enjoy the hot spring and re energize with a delicious dinner."

"If I could I would probably give this a 4.5. The staff was excellent, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking was easy and it was in a good location. We loved the personal soaking tub on our patio. The only thing I would rate a bit lower would be the buffets. There was a lot of choices but for anyone that is picky or prefers a western style meal it’s going to be a bit challenging to eat. My wife and I had no issues but we always imagine traveling with friends that are a bit picky and this would have been hard to eat at. Overall though it’s a very nice hotel and we would absolutely stay there again if we come back"

Kiyosato Onsen Hotel Ryokuseisou

"The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. You can also use the onsen in the hotel and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities for the stay. The staff were very helpful and there were english instructions printed to help us understand the check in/check out, onsen usage, etc. The location is more accessible by car but it’s a good spot as a base to visit other areas in the vicinity. Overall, this was one of our best stays this trip!"

"If you arrive by train, you will not find more convenient as it is directly across the road. Large enough room with a comfortable bed. Two family restaurants literally 2 minutes away for good value meal options."
