"The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize the Korean gentleman manager who assists with luggage — he was excellent and very attentive. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. "Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread. "

"We had a 16 days Minakani Onsen trip, staying in 6 different hotels. We stayed at Hotel Lomosa for 3 nights in total. We had clean, big and two queen size beds room, with buffet breakfast included. Excellent staff provided great service. The buffet was nice and thoughtful. The onsen quality and bathing area are totally acceptable! The owner drove us between hotel and train station was greatly appreciated! We wish Lomosa the best!!!"

"Overall a good place, but if you're tall like me you may find yourself hitting your head a fair bit Included breakfast is good and the onsens are a nice addition, but the rooms themselves are a bit barebones and dont come standard with fullsize towels. If a ryokan is your thing, its great"
