"To begin.. the address changed to somewhere else.. took a hour to get there..
the rooms had small beds the size of cots .. we asked for a room to hold 3-4 people .. they gave us 2 cots instead.
staff didn't speak English when we tried calling and they wouldn't change the room or give a refund.
We left the next morning and never heard back from the staff other than leave the keys in mailbox.

This was a fantastic stay right next to Tsutenkaku tower, walking distance to Osaka Zoo, and even about 2.2km (1.3mi) walk to Dotonbori. You’re very close to any major station to take you to Osaka Umeda, the aquarium, Kyoto, and more.
I stayed here for one week with my family of four and it had all the amenities we needed. A bathroom, laundry, shower, 2 beds, a balcony to dry clothes, and a nice little living room. Note that, as is typical in Japan if it’s your first time, the apartments are...

The building itself appears to be old but the space itself looks renovated, clean, and as advertised. The pictures are brighter than the actual amount of light it gets but I would stay here again for short trips.
