Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. "Die Grand Plaisier ist definitiv das schönste und komfortabelste Hausboot auf der Kleinseenplatte - Garantie für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.Von der Planung bis zum Check-Out ist der Urlaub super gelaufen - besser geht es gar nicht. Vorab schon ein Online-Meeting mit Christian um offene Fragen zu klären, die Routenplanung durchzugehen und Empfehlungen zu erhalten etc. ... bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen:Ausführliche Einweisung und Fahrttraining, unterwegs jederzeit erreichbar und einfach super nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen.Das ganze Hausboot ist so durchdacht und liebevoll ausgestattet, dass man nur sagen kann: reinkommen, auspacken, wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind ein Traum, auch hier ist für Erholung gesorgt.Da die Grand Plaisier über deutlich größere Frisch- und Schmutzwassertanks verfügt als die meisten Hausboote und die Solaranlage es unabhänging von Landstrom macht war es auch kein Problem über Nacht auf dem See zu ankern und die absolute Ruhe zu genießen - absolut traumhaft!Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und mit der Beschattung der Lounge-Muschel kann man es auch bei Sonnenschein gut oben aushalten.Wir können einen Hausboot-Urlaub auf diesem Boot und mit diesen Gastgebern nur weiterempfehlen."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön, aber trotzdem kann man dort viel unternehmen. Der Empfang von unseren Gastgebern war herzlich. Das kleine Finnhäuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet."

"Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber, auf einem Kopfkissen waren Flecken, das sollte vom Reinigungspersonal auch mal geprüft werden. Auf Anfragen an den Gastgeber bekam ich nie eine Antwort. Hab mich selbst gekümmert. Stromzähler sollte für den Gast einsehbar sein, damit man den Stromverbrauch nachvollziehen kann. Aber an sonsten war alles Top, alle Angaben im Internet stimmen mit der Realität überein. ACHTUNG, Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafbereich ist sehr steil und die Stufen sind sehr schmal... ist eher eine Stiege, sollte vielleicht in die Beschreibung der Unterkunft mit aufgenommen werden."

"It is interesting kind of staying. We were in small house direct uper the water chanal to the lake, from the balcony we can go into water to swimming .... or fishing maybe. Room was big, clean, i second floor was two bedrooms. It was realy untypical and lovely as well. Morover the brakfast was very good. I can recomend this experience."

"Freundlicher Empfang, freundlicher Service im Restaurant. Faire Preise im Restaurant und schmackhaftes Essen! Schönes Schwimmbad mit noch angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert. Bad/Toilette architektonisch leider eine kleine Katastrophe. "

"Sehr schöner Club mit einem großen Sportangebot, besonders in den Ferien. Unsere Kinder (16 und 14 Jahre) hatten ebenfalls viel Spaß. Alle Mahlzeiten waren sehr lecker. Jeden Abend gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit Shows, Livemusik und Quizabenden. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Nach dem Umbau ist der Club noch attraktiver geworden (25-m-Becken, Sauna, neue Zimmer). Wir durften sogar ein neues Zimmer beziehen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war durchgehend im Zimmer sehr hoch."
