「Our second stay at the property. Our host thought of any items we would need for our stay, including snacks and coffee. This is now our place to stay when visiting family in Iowa. Thank you!」

「The garage and downstairs are not open to the guest, which was a little odd, but overall the house was cute and clean.」

「We had a group of 11 adults and found the house spacious and comfortable. Chad was quick and informative in their responses. The backyard has a good entertaining space between the hit tub, fire pit and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking/baking utensils. The basement is also a great entertaining space between the card table and large sectional. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks and. Great house and would stay here again!」

「We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.」
