"This was my 2nd time stay at this hotel. They changed the system to check-in/out to kiosk. But some staff helped me to resolve my issue. I like there’s natural hot springs and breakfast buffet with some local foods. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the station and the castle. It’s not luxurious hotel but convenient."

"Booked the larger room and it had plenty of space for our family of 4 with a room we could watch the Shinkansen go by a block away. Staff were very helpful with dinner recommendations and luggage storage for us. Super convenient location."

"Overall the stay was great. I just wish there were more power outlets in the room. The one by the door was too loose and couldn't be used properly. There was one power strip on the wall but that was it The one thing we didn't like was the smoking room in one corner of the main lobby. Even though it has a door isolating it, the smell of cigarette was still strong around the lobby and reception area."
