Location of unit was excellent. Easy walk to shopping and beaches, and right across the street from the adults only pool (no noisy children).Only a peekaboo view of the ocean but overlooked a fairway with a southwest exposure. The unit was older and is showing its age, but was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was a pleasure to use.

We enjoyed staying in this unit. We were 2 couples and had lots of space. The unit was well stocked and very clean! The host is very responsive and helpful recommending restaurants nearby. The terrace is large and we spent time on the terrace when the weather was not cooperative. I just wish we had more time to stay here.

The condo is beautiful. It is just as advertised. The beds and sheets are comfy. We really appreciated that this felt like a real home. There were coffee filters and laundry detergent. The lanai has a beautiful view. There are boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella for beach days. All and all it was a great vacation!

Our host Brian was awesome. Even went out of his way to make sure we knew the volcano was going to erupt. Then called us personally to let us know the roads where closed due to smoke and debris. The house was very comfortable.. We literally started and ended every day on the lani. The shopping center up the hill was very convenientIf you stay, definitely check out the resort and pool. They have fun classes too.

We stayed at Brian’s condo for 9 nights and loved it. The lanai looks over the golf course and we were visited by beautiful little birds every morning while having coffee. The A/C was much appreciated and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was just as advertised. Do the Manta Ray tour if you can , it was amazing. Also, It’s a short drive or walk up to a large grocery store, Long’s drugs and a couple sports bar. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, this place is in a perfect location for getting to the beach for snorkeling, getting into town, very close to a market and drugstore. The place was well equipped and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo layout and beautiful remodeled master bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Hanging out at the main pool with restaurant and bar made our days care free. My toddler granddaughter enjoyed the playground, sand toys and books that came with the rental. The only disappointment was the large air conditioning unit on the lanai, made it difficult to enjoy sitting outside while the air is running. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Our stay was great! There was an issue with the AC the first night but Brian got right on it and had fixed by the time we returned the next day from hiking.Location is perfect with the 2nd pool across the street which we had almost to ourselves.Would definitely stay again.

What a great property! There were some items in the guest bathroom closet but everything in the unit was beautiful. Highly recommend to all visitors whether you be on a staycation or from other places. 5 star material!!

Always a beautiful experience

This was our fourth time at this beautiful, spacious house and once again it was amazing. Clean, equipped with literally everything you need, located in a great area close to everything. Brian is a fantastic host always making sure that all is ready for his guests. Do not hesitate to book this place if you come to this part of the island!! 10 out 10

Fun and easy stay

Clean, convenient, spacious and good amenities. Host helpful and communicative. He let us know right away that washer was broken, but he had housekeeping do our laundry mid-stay. This was appreciated so we didn’t have to miss vaca time to do ourselves. Note: the ‘quiet’ pool was chilly. We didn’t try the other pool that was for more loud fun. Enjoyed pickleball and shuffleboard. We would stay here again!

Great location and amenities

Wonderful property: location, clean & well maintained amenities. Spacious unit with fully stocked kitchen, beds were very comfortable. Minor bathroom repairs needed in shower.

Great place to call home for a week.

The place was spacious and clean. Lanai was perfect. AC was cold and perfect after a long hot beach day. We loved all the amenities, like the pools and restaurant on site. Would love to come and stay again in the future with all the kids. Thanks for the awesme place!

Kona gem

The property was perfect for our stay. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store and farmer’s market within walking distance. Preparing a few meals at home helped to cut down on our overall vacation cost. The beds were very comfortable, outdoor dining set was a great place to gather, beach toys were helpful and overall layout was ideal. The amenities and grounds of the Kona Coast resort are beautiful. The home was “lived in” enough to not feel stuffy or unwelcoming but had everything we needed for island life.

The perfect rental. Exactly what we wanted.

Booking a rental can be a gamble and really make or break a family trip. I was I was instantly blown away the second I stepped into this place. You're greeted with sunlight coming through the large slider doors and a 180 degree view of the ocean. You can see the ocean out of every window. My 5 year and 2 year olds enjoyed the views, running around this spacious home, and relaxed on the patio every day and night. They really enjoyed the door in the closet to the bathroom and with 2 young kids, this was a great feature. As a parent going on vacation, you feel like you need to pack everything and feel terrible if you forget something. This home had everything we need: ac and wifi (check), multiple tables to host a large family dinner (check), beach toys and chairs (check), comfortable pull out couches (check). For golfers, the patio over looks hole 16 of the Kona Country Club. Every trip we compare our rental to this one and this one always is our #1 favorite. I'd rent this in a heartbeat if we come back to Kona. I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Thank you, Brian for letting us stay in your home. You're an incredible host (very easy to communicate with and quick with responding).

Perfect condo for family of 4

We loved this condo! Great a/c, comfy beds, hot showers. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean - it doesn't get any better! Community was nice and quiet. Super convenient shopping and restaurants were only 2 minutes away. 5 minutes to get to snorkeling with manta rays. Would absolutely stay here again!
